Default Hello

Some of you may know me as Wide Mouth Lude. I have registered this new name to fit my new car. Since my 93 VTEC Lude got totalled I have replaced it with a 96 Integra LS Special Edition. I am just introducing myself to all of you on the Integra forum. I look forward to learning from all of you about the Teg cause I've had a Lude all my life. now its time to learn about something different

Have fun, but IMO I'd look at a different exhaust than a thermal...

What exhaust would you recommend? i am looking for something that will provide adequate power gains with minimal increase in exhaust noise. My neighbors really hated the exhaust on my Lude.

Then you really, really don't want a thermal....

Apex'i World Sport or a RS*R ex mag II would help you there... those are the best stock-like catbacks available

Hehe for some reason i thought that the thermal was quiet. Anyway....any exhaust that has a silencer option will suit me fine. So if the Thermal can have a silencer I'm all for that. I do like Apexi and Greddy exhausts too. i think its gonna come down to which ones gonna have a silencer and which one is the least expensive since all three companies are very reputable.

The thermal stealth is pretty quiet, my friend has one on his GTI and you can barely hear it at higher RPM's

On my other friends Prelude VTEC(nice cars) he has a thermal classic, it is not that quiet, but sounds real nice and deep.
