Default DOES any1 know about replacing weather-stripping?

i think the stripping around the windows needs replacing.. theres been moisture on the door sills. the rubber around the front windshield is cracked in areas and it looks ugly. Also, the black trim around each side back windows (those little ones on the coupe) is deteriorating. ARE THESE THINGS EASILY REPLACED? it seems like an expensive endeavor, but i hate the "well weathered" look.
ANY1 EXPERIENCE THIS UNDERTAKING?

my windshield wipers are old and the black has faded to show the shiny metal below. is there paint i can touch this up with? or should i just replace'em?

For the windshield wipers I just took them off and painted with Krylon flat black spraypaint. Lasts a couple years. You could go all out with Rustoleum or something but Krylon dries really fast and is cheap.
