What makes the Special Editions "Special"?

I don't understand why it's so fast but it is.
He does have a stage 2 clutch in there along with CAI and Exhaust.
But before the clutch i've seen this thing beat a 2000 prelude (200Hp) and a 2003 Civic Si (160Hp).
Of course they are street races and not a 1/4 mile, the track is too far.
And one of the GSRs only had 23,000 miles.
Even other Integra owners scratch their heads at this....
Anyway they are great cars and (in this case) pretty fast.
