Where could I find Altezza-style tail lights for my 91 integra 4 door?

it is you car, so do as you like. Don't let anyone tell you what you should do. Take our advice, but in the end do what you want. Just check Ebay. That may be one of the cheaper places to find them.

But just so you know, I went from CF Altezzas to some nice OEM Red/ clears.

I did sell my Altezzas to someone on this board though, so it just goes to show you that people still do what they want no matter what people say.
