Default adjusting valves???

i was just wandering what adjusting the valves to a gsr does. i bought a gsr and the guy mentioned that he had that done. does that do nething for the car. if neone knows please let me know. thanks

when a car is driven, the valves can get out of spec. its nothing but a $60 maintaince requirement.

speaking of maintnence, is there any way to tell if an integra has had the 90k mile timing belt changed? coz im buying a 125k mile one and im checking everything thatll be needed.

someone at a shop can probably tell if a belt needs to be changed soon or have been changed recently.

you can pull the valve cover off and check to see if the belt is even a honda belt, that may be the easiest way. 30,000 miles on a belt and it may be difficult to tell its condition if its new or not.

Inspecting the belt is fine and dandy and not hard to do either, but my belt with 90k looked fine imo.
