Default Check Engine Issue

Hello, I purchased a 95 GSR with a JR supercharger and hondata ecu. Recently my check engine light came on and I checked the error codes and got a 43 & 16 Both are related to my fuel system. The car ran fine I didn’t notice any problems.

My fuel pressure @ idle is around 31psi (maybe low?)
When I increase the RPM it shakes and goes up to about 35
then when i release the throttle it drops to 30 then back up to 31

I pulled the neg on my battery for about 5 mins put it back on and started the car fine. No light no error, I don't know If I should be worried about this problem or not.

Any suggestions as to what I should check out?

On a side note my fuel gauge stays at full until there is about a half a tank left then goes down quickly and uniformly. I don't know if this prob is related but I thought I'd mention it.

Your fuel pressure is rather low compared to stock (around 44psi). I'd say crank it up.

The guy I bought it from had it dyno tuned, and I'm hesitent to make any changes before I ask him what the fuel pressure was when he handed it over. Then its a matter of finding why the fuel pressure dropped from that point. Maybe a clogged fuel filter or a bad pump?

How do the spark plugs look? White specks on the electrode, or a nice brownish color? I would definitely find out what pressure he had the fuel at too....and if the CEL doesn't come on again, I wouldn't worry about it if everything else checks out ok.
