The throw-out bearing might be defective, thus it caused all the noise.

Mine used to do that constantly. I replaced my master cylinder and clutch at the same time and I had no problems after that. Clutch was quiet again.

The clutch is Hydraulic...no cable.

I searched on Honda-Tech about this and the master cylinder may need some grease. Remove the rubber boot by the pedal and put some grease in there.

My pedal is doing the same thing, but it doesn't always do it. Can the throw out bearing still squeek when the car is off?

From what I read on HT it is not the throwout bearing but the clutch master cylinder making the noise. I do not think the throwout bearing can make nosie if the car is off and in a state of rest.
