quick question

is it possable to swap a 95 int b18b1 with a s2000 engine?

I realize your asking if the swap is possible, but it would be more cost-efficient just turbocharging the b18b.

It would be more cost effective to put in almost everything besides the s2k engine.

I've only seen a S2000 swap in a Toyota Trueno (AE86), and a Lotus Elise. Both cars are RWD.

but the lotus is a mid-engine, isn't it? another question to ask would be: is there a front-drive tranny that the s2k engine will fit?
