i'm rebuilding a friends engine and am kinda familiar with the d16a1 motor...to remove the cylinder head it looks like i have to take off both cams to get to the head bolts

any good advice from those that have done this that i should look out for...i'm assuming its pretty straightfoward

its an 86 teg hb ls

 

It'll tear down and rebuild like a ZC.

Need a manual? I have a Hayne's or Chilton's around here somewhere.

 

i actually have a helms for the car...helm's are the bomb but as you know there's always some neat trick you learn along the way
