Default 98+ Rear Bumper Problems...

I'm trying to put up my 98+ rear bumper, and it won't go high enough...like it's hitting the bumper support. I have never heard of the 98+ bumper support being different...but is it? I'm getting frustrated as hell...

The reinforcement was hit, but I have a new one. I think the styrofoam pieces are different on the 98+ bumpers....I took off the styrofoam and it fit with a little maneuvering.

Can you try shape the styrofoam pieces see if they'll fit, if not, buy a new styrofoam impact absorber for the 98+ Integras.
