yeah mine ripped out about 2 weeks ago. i was driving over a ditch and all of a sudden i heard myself running over something. i pull over and i see the inner lining about 200 feet behind me. i was also debating on whether or not to put it back, but i think i will before winter starts here in NYC. the inner ling has been in my trunk ever since. All the nuts and screws are still in place on the bumper.
