Right Hand Drive.

It's where the steering wheel and whatnot are on the right side of the car, for countrys that drive on the left side of the road (England, Japan, etc). Driver right, passenger left.

Our cars are LHD, Left Hand Drive. Driver left, passenger right.

Most people who do RHD conversions use (JDM) half cuts because they have all the parts nessicary for it, such as the RHD dashboard, firewall, brackets, pedal assembly, wiring harness, etc.
