Yeah i know the type r doesn't have a moon roof. If you can live without abs and vtec go for it. Its probably still faster than an ex civic anyways unless turbo or soemthing major. I likr the jdm r fornt end too. Maybe someday... or not.

probably more money then its worth. If you really want abs youll have to get an ls or higher.

 

my RS has AC, no locks. I got quoted 150 bux for power locks for aftermarket stuff.

Im happy with non power, but no AC would suk!!!

 

3 things i like about my RS hatch:
- lightest of all tegs (even lighter than the Type R)
- no sunroof, i.e. stiffer body
- no ABS

 

I can actually live with no A/C if life came down to it. I drive an RS - Ac included but I never use it. I'd consider taking it out to make more room in the engine bay. Rumor has it a 3'' downpipe will start to rub into the A/C. What the weight difference anyhow between the RS and the other versions?

 

If anyone is interested in putting power stearing into their RS I will be pulling mine out soon.

 

DVPGSR, the RS already has power steering.

My RS needs a 5 speed tranny, are you taking that out too?
