Default Lowering/Cat Back

About how much does it cost to buy springs and install them to lower your car (all together)? I know some shops vary in price, but a ballpark figure?

Also, what are some brand names of Cat Backs that you can trust, and/or make a nice sound. Is GREDDY as good as it's rumored to be?

Springs can range from 150 to about 300 and probably 100 to 150 bucks to install them. Greddy is good quality exaust along with Dc Sports, Skunk2, Apexi. Hope thats helps.

installed springs probably will cost about $250-400 depending on the brand. if you were thinking about aftermarket shocks...heres the time to save on labor.

i have a greddy sp....no complaints really.

Most ebay sellers are ok. I've never had a problem. Just check their feedback. Also, make sure what they are selling is legit and not a knock-off

for springs i think anywhere from 125-220, youll want to get shocks with the springs otherwise the stock shocks will blow out. install depends, i did mine (free), but a gas station w/a shop in the back told me theyd install them for 50 bucks with the shocks/springs.

for my catback i have a Apexi World Sport. great quality and sound. not loud, but its there, and just wails in VTEC.
other brands

Greddy - good stuff, have heard some rust and scraping issues.
DC - TCS is full stainless steel, and not loud at all.
5Zigen - makes the Fireball, canister style, pretty loud, good quality
Spoon - N1, axle back muffler, suppose to be damn loud, expensive, pricey
Mugen - Twinloop good quality and quiet, pricey
HKS - good company, havent heard any on a honda though
Comptech - full stainless steel, damn good quality, quiet pricey
