It has to be an inline pump because an FMU raises the fuel pressure extremely high, an intank pump loses efficiency and can't flow enough fuel. NOS makes a good inline pump, and Walbro does too.

Ever consider using an TD05H-18G Mitsu turbo? ... Seems like everyone heres pro garrett.
I'm thinking of running a similar setup to yours on my B18B

I've considered it, but I'd rather get a new turbo, if I can find a decent priced one...anyone know where I could get a new T3 for about 350 or less?
