Recently got a new 01 GSR engine and was wondering if the crank or alternator pulley is at all different then the 96 GSR. Cuz my old alternator belt won't fit now, but it fit before we told it off my old one? And i no longer have the old block with me. Any help will be appreciated.

It's the same size. You may have the wrong belt. Or perhaps your alternator isn't lined up correctly.
