forget about spoon engines. you could build a b18c1 to outperfom a spoon engine for much less.

i know spoon doesnt do everything to the engiens they sell but it's a great start bc it's new but what excactlly do they do

They don't do anything. It's a 100% OEM engine, straight from Honda and balanced by Spoon.

did you have frame damage? how do you tell if your car has frame damage?

whoever fixes it dealer or bodyshop will tell you they fixed mine but it really jsut changes the car it no longer feels like ym integra

Sell it complete. You'll get more money for it, easier.

You also don't have to slaughter an innocent car.

if you know what your doing you can usually make a lot more money by parting a car out. However, if you dont have experiance and tools it can be a huge undertaking and really isnt feasible for the average person. Do you have access to a garage and tools?

Maybe, but the time and labour involved isn't worth the hassle unless the car is already partially destroyed. It could take months to sell all the parts you need to compensate for the value of the car, plus you are stuck with a half-stripped shell in your driveway (or whereever) until you finish. Not to mention some of the parts may have to be stored indoors if someone buys a door or the hatch or something.
