Do I fix up my 1989 beat up Integra, (engine rebuild, fix body, and paint) or spend that $$$ beefing up my 1995 Dodge Avenger (NOS, new head, pistons, maybe turbo)???? The beat up Integra smokes my Avenger, but the Avenger is in so much better shape. Anybody got an idea which has the most cost effective potential???

I can have a couple thousand in 2 months.

 

i would fix up the teggy since the avenger is in much better shape.. if the teggy dies.. you only have one.... two is better then one

 

Thats what I was thinking...... and the tegra is so much faster. With an engine rebuild on its 240 thousand mile engine, its 5spd a$$ would rule!!!

 

Depending on what needs to be done, it may be more than $2000 though.

 

Yeah, but it can be a project car too. I have a dam nice car to drive in the meantime.

 

Sorry, i'll be more specific. I'd be willing to spend more if the Integras potential far outweighs that of a 95 Avenger.

sell the teg or avenger and add 2 grand to the money you have and buy a g2 teg. or sell both cars and get a g3 teg
