Default knocking suspension

Every time I turn right, I hear this sort of knock or thumping noise on the front left drivers side. I've been overlooking this problem for a while because it only happened periodically. Now it's everytime! What gives?!?!

cv joint gone bad? check your boot see if its ripped . . sometimes if the cv joint goes out it'll thunk when you're turning - that or it might be a loose front end component like a busted ball joint or something

Im not sure what your driving but my 92 teg does a very similair noise when i turn as well, and i thought easy, get my cv joint fixed but when i oped under, there wasn't a single tear, and they didn't have any give. each one has a good amount of life on them. i brought it to my mechanic for his opinoin and he came up with the same thing, he said basically if you want the noise gone we can replace them other wise they will work fine. never heard of this happenen before but thought i would throw in my 2 cents w/ hopes of saving you a couple bucks, but stilldefinatly get it looked at.

Also check the condition of your stabilizer (anti-swaybar) bushings.

98 Integra LS
I've checked for rips in the boot... nothing.
Have to inspect the suspension bushings and tie rod more thouroughly though. I'll put it on jackstands this weekend. Replaced driveshafts on my 92 teg, so it won't be too hard if I have to do the job again...
Appreciate all the tips.
