Default What does everyone think on pulleys

I've went and looked at all the feed back on aem and unorthodox pulleys. I was woundering who has first hand experience with them and what they have to say ya or na. I'm thinking of going with unorthodox ss set for my 2001 gsr.

Take a deep breath and relax...this got posted late at night...give us a chance to respond.

I say go with Unorthodox. I plan to get them for my teg at somepoint...but like Snoopy said there are other things I would get first. Chances are the pulleys will be one of the last mods to my teg.

not that what i'll say is worth much here , but the possibility of adjustable cam pulleys slipping is a concern.....what you get is gucci looking pulleys - usually fully exposed to harmfull debri that can get caught in them an throw your valves off enough to whack your pistons - happened to me , but i lucked out on the interference. if you can't see them they arent of much consequence....cams are a better purchase - they can change timing AND duration. the adjustment range of the pulleys has to be experimented with to see much difference.
there i said it.

you're talking about something totally different. he wants feedback on underdrive pulleys, not cam pulleys.

Basically as its been said earlier, you wont be very impressed by them. Very very minimal change. Not worth doing unless you've got money to burn or you've run out of stuff to do
