i just purchased the skunk2 pro2 coilovers for my integra and i was wondering how do i remove my original front struts from the fork so i can install the coilovers,do they just pop off once i removed the nut and i put downward pressure on the fork?

 

yep, remove the bolt and it should be able to work free.
