Default Need new O2 Sensor / OEM vs. Universal Fit Ques.

I need a new O2 sensor for my 95 Integra, OEM types that are made for the car are expensive!! Is there any reason NOT to use a universal type from Autozone, etc.

I guess my next question is; if re-wiring the universal is required how do I do that? I do not have a repair manual, and I know that since I have a heated sensor I will need to connect 4 wires. Any resources out there that show the wiring?

I had a single wire so it was easy for me but the o2 sensor comes with directions.
