I called a local honda/acura shop to find out what it would cost to have my new head installed and they told me about $400 for parts and labor!!! Is that a good price or am I getting fawked Is there anyway I can do this myself? I have the time and probably most the tools and I have a manual as well??? What parts will I need like gaskets or anything??? any and all help will be helpful, thanks alot!!!

 

It doesn't seem like you know much about internals, so I would probably stick to letting a pro do it. The price seems higher than what I've heard it done for, so shop around.

its a pretty simple install...but like he said it doesnt seam like you know to much about internals...so i would let a shop handle it, but deffinitely shop around.

 

about the internals...is it something that can be told to me to help or is just if you know it, you know it?!?!? this other shop told me close to the same price as the first place! i have the time and tools...just need some help!
