Are 22lbs rims too heavy?? Its a 17-inches rims.

I would stay away from them if you are looking for performance on your teg. If your more about appearance then they will be good for your setup if they are the look your going for.

Those are kinda heavy. Try and stick around 15lbs or under if you can. But as Bonzo said, if they're your style, go for them. If you're going for performance they wont help as much as some other ones. But then again there arent too many 17" performance rims out there.

15lbs and 16" are two numbers i would stay under or at.

theres 20inches+ running around with about 25-27 lb. 22 is heavy - chrome ?

you also then have to think about the weight of the tires. Your gonna have a lot of unsprung weight on your teg.
