my headlights are like aiming at the ground.. when i turn the adjuster with a philing it does seem its moving at all.. how long wil it take to see a change?

would it be ok to use a electric screwdriver!? that would be faster

Are you sure the screwdriver is turning the adjuster, the screwdriver may not be lining up with the teeth. And as for electric, I think it'd be ok as long as you don't do it too fast, take it a little slow

it should change in small increments, so it will take a while, and electric should be fine like he said though go easy
