The carbing 3 point has proven to be stiffer than the Mugen bar.

what tests are these?
anyways in theory it should cuz it is a triangular frame, which is stronger then just a long bar
but then the carbing has issues with mounting in usdm cars
it wont fit in 94-97 integs due to the different design in master cylinders
it also is a tight fit with the 98-01's, but managable, but if sometimes gets in the way of added mods to the engine bay

get a benen or cusco bar. and since its cool to bash peoples cars and flame them im going to give my honest opinion. for what you peopel paid for a neuspeed bar hope you like it up the rear. i have a knock off mugen one and it flexes none iwth a 320 lb powerlifter pushing it. get benen or cusco. skunk 2 also makes a nice one but the benen and cusco are tri mounts. they are also not that expensive. props to the guy with teh gsr one and another one on top. very innovative.

perhaps...$50 shipped. Nothing is wrong, I'm replacing it with a Comptech Sway/Tie-bar combo.
