Default Compression Test Results

They were 205-205-175-205 from left to right.. What does this mean?? I know something is wrong but does it tell a more in-depth what is wrong?

That 175 is a problem. what it indicates is the combustion chamber is not sealing as effectively on the #3 piston. When it is out by a good amount, it can put an uneven load on the reciprocating parts, think about how your car would ride if one of the wheel balancing weights fell off. It might be rings or valves, does it smoke at all when you start it in the morning?

That 175 is a problem, there shouldn't be more than a 20 psi variance between any two cylinders.
