warranty on tires voided?
hey i was talking to someone the other day about my suspension.. I have eibach SL springs and im about to order me KYB AGX shocks.... but this guy told me if i dropped my car my tires would be slanted.. i guess hes talken about like this / \.. and my tires would wear out unevenly which woulnd void the waranty to my tires.. he said i could buy something to stop it from wearing out unevenly.. any clue guys? I tried to search but i couldnt find anything.. thanks for the help! :happysad:
Camber kit! Do it... dropping your car too much will cause the tires to wear too fast in some spots, and will look incredibly stupid if you're going for a clean look IMO.
I think a good spot to shoot at is maybe like 1 degree negative camber... I think that's what integras are close to at stock. I think I've also read that a 3 degree camber has some nice cornering benefits, but I think you should stay away from anything greater than like 5 degrees. An adjustable camber kit will help you get your wheels back at the right angle.

Do not get a camber kit unless your camber is severely out of spec. In general, you should mount up your new shocks & springs, take it to an alignment shop, see what they say, and then make a decision on camber adjustment. Otherwise, you'll just be wasting money.
How low will those springs drop you?

You should be fine without a camber kit. Get an alignment, ask them for a printout, and ask the opinion of the guy at the alignment shop. If you're still concerned, post your alignment numbers in the Track & Autocross forum and they'll set you straight.
Some negative camber is good. In fact, it'll help you handle better.
