Hey Heinz,
Your Greddy SP cat back exhaust is smog legal in California (if you are trying to smog in Cali) but I am not sure about your AEM cold air intake. Did you get a CARB E.O. # sticker when you bought this intake? You might want to check with AEM on that one because my understanding is that MOST aftermarket performance equipment for California requires a CARB (California Air Resources Board) Executive Order (E.O.)number to exempt that item from emissions visual inspection and testing.
Does anyone out there know about AEM and whether CARB requires an EO number?
Other than that, it should pass with those few miles on it (change the oil, air filter and check ignition wires before the test).....also add some injector cleaner to your gas tank.
Scott.

Yes, you'll need to provide a CARB E.O. number during the smog test (CA emissions laws changed very recently). I had my car smogged a few months back and had to call up Comptech for the Icebox CARB E.O. number, but I passed just fine. You'll need to contact AEM for the CARB E.O. number, otherwise the friendly guys at your local smog place will not be able to pass you (regardless if your car physically passed the test).
*edit* I'm from CA.

i went through 3 shops in order to get my smog. first shop took 15 mins flipping through a book to see if my DC header was legal, even with theCARB # stamped on the header itself. he even went as far to say i could have welded it on myself. i left that shop.
second shop, popped my hood and said NO. i didnt bother to argue.
3rd shop, guess was in need for business...i told him i had a header with the carb sticker. he said ok. i dont think he even looked at it.
my car passed fine. visual is a bitch with some places.
