Now I need to put them on. Do I have to remove the front bumper? Or can I just pop them right in

Headlights or bulbs? For headlights you'll have to remove the bumper. For bulbs, just reach in back, twist the light assembly and pull out.

Ya, you will have to take the bumper off. There is a bracket that goes striaight down behind the bumper from the bottom of the headlight.
