That's just a reminder light - comes on 7000 miles after the last time it was reset.

The reset button (on my '95) is hidden above your right knee. Stick your head down by the gas pedal, the button is tucked under the edge of the dashboard, facing towards the gas pedal.

You should be ok!

the major tune-up comes at 90k miles....the timing belt should have been replaced then.

Once u've pressed the button....the engine light should go away.
I think u need to press the button while the car is partially on (turn key halfway)

its only a reminder light. turn the car off. hold the button down. turn the key to the "ON" position. the light should go on, then off. release button.
