Shit happens. I got my car a week ago and I already noticably scraped the hell out of the OEM front lip. If you just got your tires you might want to bring it back and point out that the tire was "defective" if you can. If not, I wouldnt drive too much on it. Last thing you need is the bead loosing grip resulting in a blowout.

i work at a tire store. . the majority of bumps that come in are roadhazards and not warranty issues. . i wouldn't even try to push it because as soon as they take the tire off they can tell what caused it .. not to mention the scuffing on the rim - if you bought a road hazard warranty thats the only option .. sorry man that really blows

thats not really what i'd recommend but if you have to put it on the rear .. that way when it blows out it might not be as bad

yeah speaking of shitty luck, i got like a fatty ass nail on the curve on the sidewall/tread that isnt repairable on one of my s-03's with a considerable amount of tread left. i got them with the rims from my friend, so i have no option of a warranty on them. either way, its a waste of a great tire...now i have to fork out some cash, and a lot at that.
