Default Power Window Problem

Hey Peeps

I have a 96 teg sedan. My back passenger window will not go down. The window will not response if I use the master switch (driver's switch) or that window's switch. Also, there is no humming noise from the motor when I hit those switches. I was wondering is it safe to assume that the problem is with the motor and not the switches. All other windows work fine. I priced a motor at a junk yard and they want $65 for the motor and $55 to put it in. I don't mind paying for it if it's the right problem, any suggestions? Thanks

before spending the money like that even though you don't care about it try and test the switches to see if they work properly. All you need is a volt meter.
