THe title basically says it all. what is it safe to rev a ls engine with stock valvetrain and block to? THanks

Stock redline. 6.8 (thanx stealth) on the g3's. But that doesn't mean that you want to be cruisin around at 6k rpms and/or redlining everytime you shift.

Yea I konw what the redline is, but I've heard of people raising it considerably. I was just curious if anyone knew how high it could safely go.

You can safely raise it to 6800 RPMs.

if Honda knew the B18B1 could rev SAFELY past 6800 RPMs they wouldn't have put the rev limiter at 7100 RPMs. Don't try it.
