Default idle problem

i have no idea wut is wrong wit my GSR. after i run my car for a bit the idle starts fluctuating. it goes up to 1,800 RPM and back down to 1,000 RPM. it does this a few times until it finally settles at about 1,100 RPM. i adjusted the idle and it still does the same thing.
