What would be a good price to pay for a '94-95 Integra GS-R in pretty good shape with around 100k miles?
I live in Omaha, Nebraska, and I can't find one anywhere!
I was thinking of buying off ebay, but after shipping prices and all of that extra stuff I think I would end up paying far too much.

I think you'd be looking around 6.5-7.5K. I paid 7K for my 94 GS-R with 122K miles, but the clutch was in shady condition. I also live in a really rich town where everything's more expensive, so that prolly affected the price too. Good luck! Persevere and you will find the right car.
