You ran some injector cleaner through the car, but it doesnt mean thats gonna fix the problem. You may still have a fuel related problem. I'd initialy see if the fuel rail is clogged in any way. If thats not it make sure your fuel lines are clean and have enough pressure to pump the fuel efficiently. Your pump may be on its way out. Its a good idea to NEVER let the tank get below 1/4. Gas acts as the lubricant on fuel pumps. When you run the tank dry it leaves the pump exposed and it can chew itself up. It may have worn itself out and isnt pumping as strong as it needs to.

Also, what kind of spark plugs are you using? If its any of those "platinum 4 prong" shit get rid of it. Its garbage. Does more harm than good. Go get a STOCK set of spark plugs and spark plug wires. Do you have any ignition modifications? If so, take them off to see if that solves the problem.

This may not be it, but worth checking - check your air intake. Remember, you can hurt your engine by letting it breath a bit too much. Make sure you have no vaccum leaks anywhere around the TB and make sure the intake manifold is in no way cracked or damaged. Listen and see if you can hear any valve float as well.

If you cant seem to find the problem, take it to a mechanic. They know what they're doing and they have access to a lot more diagnostic crap than the average person.

Thanks a lot. I can't figure out if it ran lean because of an ignition problem, or if the spark plugs fouled because of a fuel problem. When I replaced the spark plugs, it ran perfect for an afternoon of driving. Thats what lead me to believe it was a spark problem. Does the pump make a lot of noise if its on its way out? Is there anyway to check it? Also, I just did normal spark plugs, none of the multi prong stuff. I am gonna try wires tomorrow. Stock ignition. Where/how should I check my intake (AEM CAI)? How do I check for vaccum leaks. What does valve float sound like? Thanks for the help...I don't know about fuel, because if I get into it slowly its fine in the higher rpms, and my A/F guage reads 2 clicks green (rich). Its one of those mostly useless Autometer ones...
