Default Better Auto Tranny?

I think my tranny's going to go some time soon, so I was thinking of putting in a better one. I know Level10 makes good ones supposedly, but I heard they were having financial troubles or were being sued, so I don't know if I wan't to buy from them. Does anyone know of any other manufacturers?

You mean a torque converter? Level10 is the only upgraded torque converter I can remember offhand, and it is supposed to be of very good quality.

Personnally, the practicallity of using an auto on any high performance Honda/Acura build is very limited. Quite frankly, the gearing sucks and there's not much you can do about that. I too would advise a manual swap.

That's far more expensive, and not worth it. I might as well just sell and get a manual.

That would probably be ideal if you are not all sentimentally attached to your car.

I wish I had thousands of dollars to do that, but if I did I'd just get a SC or wheels or internals etc...
