Default TYPE R or a GSR

im debating over type r or gsr i know all the stuff a type r has over a gsr but i am big into road and drag racing and am not planing to keep my integra stock at all. For an all motor apllication will it make a diffrence which car i start with compared to final product once i am done modifying? and also for handiling purposes does the type r's 5 lug hubs make a diffrence in the handeling performance. Money isn't really a problem so i would be happy for your input

If you are into modding your car and you plan to daily drive it, stick with a GSR. It's cheaper and it's less of a theft magnet

yeah really. There have been atleast 5 threads on this within the past week alone :fawk:

If your gonna heavily mod your car, go with a GSR. Put the money you save into a suspension setup and then get a turbo or supercharger.

Yeah like they said, if you are going to mod it, get the GSR. Cheaper to start with, and it won't be as big as a theif magnet.

The ITR is the closes you are going to get to a race car coming off the showroom floor. The suspension is awesome and the brakes are superior. If you are going to replace everything its prolly best to go with the GSR but If you want really good performance right out the box the Type R is better.

I second that last one. The ITR is lighter from the factory and has more to work with. Plus for an all out race car the ITR kicks so much ass. The ITR has better gearing on the transmission too. Plus, It's a Type-R!
