Default headlights.

i know i should do a 9005 conversion.

but what bulbs do you all have?

sylvania silverstars? LINK?

what about the Nokya Bulbs? Hyper Purple sounds cool.

anyone have suggestions?

9005 Sylvania Silverstars are your best bet.

Dont even waste the money on the Nokya's. They suck. I know because I used to have them. I had the 9006s. Crap

I also did a 9005 conversion with another set. Crap x 2. Lit up the road less than my turn signals about.

Oh yeah, I'm running Hella 110 watt 9005's. I dont know the names because my buddy gave them to me, but i like them much more than the silverstars. The coating on the bulbs looks similar to a PIAA bulb (which are also good, you should look at those also). The color on the silverstars was too yellow for my tastes.

My hella's on the other hand = :thumbup: People have asked me on occasion "are those HID's"

hella lightbulbs? i thought hella only made REAL HID kits?

where did you get hella bulbs? if they sell 9005 bulbs i want to order two pairs and do the 9005 conversion :naughty:

get a real hid kit. Too many problems doing it ghetto style

I had the real HID's in my last teg and the rocked! In my latest teg I am using 9005 PIAA extream white ($50). Very nice in color and brightness.

Had them since January when my PIAA's burned out. Phillip's 4300K HID kit:thumbup:
