Default Integra Maintenance Required light

To add to earlier threads. To turn the Maint light off, there is a switch box mounted on the top side of the lower dash panel above the right knee. The switch box is even with the lower edge of the dash panel. There is a square blue switch button (98 Integra) facing the front of the car. Press in and hold while you turn the key to ACC. Hold until the light goes off. Slick, thanks everyone.

nope...for civics you need to turn your car onto 2 (accessory) and hold down the trip button down in your guage cluster for about 5 secs and then it'll go away when you restart your car.... I learned this from reading a girls car manual the other day

It's just a mileage counter. Doesn't monitor anything else. I suggest removing the bulb.

do you own a 01 civic? if you do read your manual and if not don't talk because this is how you get rid of the maintaince required light on the 01 civic. Also why would you just remove the bulb....figure out the problem and stop beating around the bush.

I hate to de-rail this thread, but if you would read the Integra FAQ thread towards the top of the Integra Section, it clearly states how to get the Maitenance Req'd light off. Once again, sorry to de-rail.

your not de-railing this thread....your just reminding people that they should use the search button and do a little reserach before they start asking repeated topics :chuckles:
