Water always comes out of my AC when I leave it on. It's condensation dripping out of it. As far as being hot on the highway, I don't know what to tell you.

Is it causing your pass side floorboard seem to have gotten flooded? If so, the drain hose from the evaporator (sp?) housing is clogged. Either trash has found its way to the bottom of the case and is clogging it. Or I have seen peolpe come to the dealership for this problem and its b/c they take their car to like a jiffy lube and the people changing the oil get pissed off at the evaporator (sp?) drain dripping water on them, so they stick something in the drain and then forget to take it out before they give the car back.

i know water comes out the AC but it spills through the cuts where the passenger feet is. its weird its like water spills only when i hang a turn or stop too hard and the water spills out as if its a pool of water sitting their behind the glove compartment.

yet again, your drain hose is plugged. in plug that and you will have no more problems.

ok this is how it works there is a trey type thing that catches water and is supposed to drain out the water by sending it down the drain pipe. when either the pipe gets clogged or something is obstructing the flow of water you get a little bit of build up in that tray. when this happens and you hit the brakes and hang a turn the water goes up and over the side of the tray and presto you have spillage. what you need to do is unclog that pipe and you will be with out worries of water spilling on your girls feet again for a very long time. hope this helps.

he told you it was your accumulator??? ok, go slap the guy. that has absolutely nothing to do with water dripping out of the HVAC housing.
