Oh yeah I have a Haynes Manual already.

..I am looking for both performance and looks...Is a nice cold air intake worth it?...Also, better gas milage would be great. Any ideas on that?

My Integra is a 1999 LS.

In order of importance (to me at least):

1. tires
2. "high performance" brake pads/fresh rotors
3. shocks
4. springs
5. rear sway bar
6. intake
7. exhaust
8. header
9. interior doodads (shift knobs, pedals, etc)

I kinda wanna start with looks. I want something sleek but not tacky. I am looking at the JDM Black Housing Altezza Tails. They are pretty nice. I am also looking for something nice to do with the lights inside the car. I was thinking of just switching the bulbs behind the cluster to a better white to match the clock. Any ideas?

There is NO such thing as JDM Altezza taillights unless your car is a Lexus IS300. Do you really care about how the lights on your clock look, or how the car drives? Come on man...
