Default Stripped bolts on front end

Hey guys, the two bolts that are on the underside of the front end on my teg are stripped. I took it off once to install my CAI and now they only turn and will not come out. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you get it out? I do not want to cut the plastic around them and will need to take it off again at some point. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Rule number one : Stay Calm!!
then get a metal chisel and hammer, cut the head off that 10mm bolt, remove what has to be removed, then see if you can grab the end with a good pair of Visegrips to remove the remaining bolt. IF Visegrips don't work, then I suggest you drill it out and re-tapp the hole. When you're ready to put a new 'bolt' back in. Try not to cross thread this time.
