Default Where can i get a good type R

im getting my car in 23months (still a year and abit)
but still saving the money but where can i get a type r with
low miles or km that was used properly. i dont want to buy one from a dealer.

so if any of you want to sell ur type r soon or have any suggestions just post here.

and post some good upgrades i can get

Check autotrader.com, honda-tech.com, or itrca.com.

autotrader is all from dealers basically.

i dont trust dealers

whenevr iu see a car a pic is taken with like 50cars in the bvackground which is most likely a dealer

I would trust a dealer 10X more than someone off one of these boards. Of course I'm not sure if I'd be willing to pay the extra $$$. Regardless, autotrader is "mostly" private.

You can try searching eBay but they're pretty inconsistent in terms of availability.

just keep your eyes out man. Who knows what condition Type-Rs will be like 2 years from now. Make sure you have it checked by a mechanic when you look at it.

I planned to buy a ITR when I get out of college in 4 years. I hope they are still around......

Goto a dealer. They guarantee the condition of a type-r, they will not warrenty or sell them if they are not in good condition., or have ever been in an accident. If you live Near philly, the best place is Davis Acura. The owner collects Type R's. If they do not have one in stock, just ask them, and they will buy one and ship it in for ya.
And they also from time to time have the owners personal type-r's on display... which are wicked. He races them in the Pocono's regularly.
