I am looking at an Integra LS, but the motor has a lot of miles, so i was considering getting it and having it rebuilt with Vtec, what parts would i need, where could i find them, and how much would it cost me?

Just get a GS-R swap dude. Even if it's a little more money, it'll save you alot of trouble. Like Snoopy said, Search...
