i jus recently bought a 1996 4dr integra LS ant it currently has 58k miles on it. I was wonderin if someone could give me info on probs to watch out for. the car is under warranty till 100k miles so i want to make sure my car stays perfect until the warranty expires thanks

i have a 00 LS sedan with 76k.

Bleed your brake and clutch (if u have one) lines.
New brake pads (if needed)

eh, i dunno, basic maintenance, but no major things to look out for. have fun, DB's rock.

 

timing belt at 90,000 miles but that isn't covered under the warranty

yeah, 60k service is good. I'm due for 75k service. Hmmm that just brought a good question in my head. I'm gonna make a new thread. FYI in my manual, it says my timing belt isnt due for replacement until 105k.

 

explain the 60k mile service please

oil change
air filter clean/replace
inspect and adjust drive belts
replace tranny fluid
inspect brakes/parking brake
lubricate hinges/locks/latches

visual inspection of brakes, fluid levels, exhaust, fuel lines, cooling system etc.

it says to replace brake fluid every 36 months also
