i think he means "the runs", or the "races." aka illeagal street racing. Try milpitas or san jose (the cops are always there anyways so im not giving away anything)

ive been out of the street racing stuff for years...all the places are years old and been abandoned. with that said...theres a track up towards sacramento. it may cost money, but its legal and you get a time slip.
