Ingalls Install
This should help.

Push out the metal cylinder. They're not that hard to remove but to make life easier, i used a socket connected to an extension and hammered it out. (I forgot what size I used but that looks like a 10mm. Just use whatever looks like it will fit best.)
Lubricate! I used Energy Suspension lube and applied it with a cotton swab. The ES lube is actually kind of pricey and somewhat difficult to find. I bought my lube something like 2.5 years ago hoping to get it before I installed my own camber kit. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in time. I instead used my friend's mountainbike suspension grease. (In my case I used Judy Butter - named after the Rock Shox Judy suspension fork.) You can get this stuff at a bike shop or you can use whatever water insoluble grease you want.
Slide the sleeve back in. Note that in this picture you can actually see the grooves in the bushing that are meant to hold the grease in. Some grease will push out the other end. If you feel especially unwasteful, you can wipe it up with the cotton swab and add it to the lube you'll be using on the next one.[/B]

I am not sure whether they put any grease on them before they insert the pins or not. I actually put my kit on today and I didn't grease mine either. I was in a hurry so I said screw it. I figure if they squeak a lot I can put some grease around there later. Oh well we will see.

i made the mistake of not greasing my ingalls. i had about a year of embaressment and torture of having to hear the squeaks. then i ran into alvin's thread (agent87)...its a great DIY.
even with the ingalls kit installed and adjusted. you can still take the kit out and grease them without jeopardizing the adjustment by much.
to grease them after they are installed, remove wheel and the two nuts that are under the hood. slide the whole suspension unit out. remove the bolt and nut off each one, and grease. once again...good stuff.

Yeah I think I am going to be taking mine out soon and greasing them. They are squeaking like crazy. If I have the radio up it doesn't bother me, but if I don't then it is bad. Plus I wonder what people are hearing outside of the car.
What kind of grease did you use?
