if you had a stock 1996 integra 2d specail edition and with car you were handed $1,000. what would you do cause I will have a extra grand to blow on my car when I get it. So give me some pointers and where i can find it cheat on the net. thanx

Option 2:

Spring/shock combo: $400
EBay CAI, used DC Sports header, used catback exhaust: $600

Option 3:
Sell the car and find a manual

seeing that you havent bought the car yet....why get the auto? if you can get out of it, get a manual tranny integra. otherwise if you end up with the auto ill make a suggestion then.

If you don't already own the car, I'd keep an eye out for a manual. But as for your original question, I'd work on the suspension. If you get a used set up and used rims and tires, you can still be under $1000. Good luck.
